Three Sentence Ficathon 2016!
Mar. 17th, 2016 08:19 pm(Because one didn't seem to have started this year, and I admit to wanting very much to participate in one of these challenges!)
Presenting the Three Sentence Ficathon 2016!
The Steps:
1. Prompt the fandom/pairing/situation of your heart, preferably in the following format: fandom, character/pairing, prompt word/sentence. .
2. Find a prompt by someone else (or heck, your own) that catches your interest.
3. Fill the prompt in no more than three sentences. (NB: This is really more of a guideline
4. Revel in reading the (hopefully large) amounts of fics thereby produced.
5. PROFIT!

Date: 2016-03-18 01:13 am (UTC)Fill: Agent Carter, Peggy/Dottie, You Won't Get Away (this time)
Date: 2016-03-26 07:12 pm (UTC)Neither feeling stops her from blocking Dottie, every action, every slip of hand she tries, taking almost vicious satisfaction in caging Dottie in - they may have to work together, again, but Peggy is not letting Dottie slip through her fingers this time.
"Well," Dottie breathes, breath fanning over Peggy's cheek as Peggy straddles her, pins Dottie's arms over Dottie's head, "now that you have me..." and Peggy hates that she can feel a flush rising, hates that she's responding like this, hates that it's Dottie making her feel this way, "...what will you do to me?" - and Peggy has no answer, meets those wolf-eyes in a pretty lamb-face, ignores the heat of arousal curling low, and waits for Sousa to bring the handcuffs.
EDIT: fixed a typo, sorry!

Date: 2016-03-20 07:45 pm (UTC)Now though, the years stretched long and dull and hopeless behind her and before, and as she sat in the shade of the sand covered carcass of a relic of a bygone era, eating the scraps of a life of forced servitude, she couldn’t help but fear that all her belief had been for nought, that there really wasn’t anyone coming for her after all these years of loneliness.
“Is there anyone out there?” she whispered into the silent landscape of dust, the cracked helmet of a fallen warrior on her head just one more reminder that no matter how much she hoped and struggled, there was no help to be found in these scorching desert sands.

She misses him anyways.

Date: 2016-03-26 07:48 pm (UTC)She turns around to the girl she heard screaming, the reason she ducked into this alley in the first place, only to have the teenager shrink away, eyes wide and terrified, and Jessica can't help but smile bitterly - what else did she expect?

She gives him a speculative look when he says it, a different kind of hunger lighting in her eyes, and when she kisses him, he thinks of honey and spices, and the lonely tranquility of ruined places; she tells him later, after they've forgotten war for a time, that she was thinking of home.

Date: 2016-03-23 02:52 am (UTC)Andromache smiled patiently, saying "He is not one of your horses, my husband, to be named upon your whim."
At her words, a smile sly and sudden broke across her husband's face, and Andromache covered her eyes -- perceiving too late that her husband's prized colt Astyanax held a higher place in his eyes than all the Pantheon of gods.

Helen, the utter cow and semi-spoiled brat who would start the war that rips him from her for twenty long years, is not amused, as far as Penelope can tell from the shriek of "you're marrying him?" and the scandalized tone of her rant.
"Yes," she answers coldy, because Helen is the one with the dozen suitors waiting on her every need, Helen is the family ditz, and Odysseus, the first man who ever looked past the face that would launch a thousand ships and destroy a city, will be her husband, not Helen's.
