(Because one didn't seem to have started this year, and I admit to wanting very much to participate in one of these challenges!)
Presenting the Three Sentence Ficathon 2016!
The Steps:
1. Prompt the fandom/pairing/situation of your heart, preferably in the following format: fandom, character/pairing, prompt word/sentence. .
2. Find a prompt by someone else (or heck, your own) that catches your interest.
3. Fill the prompt in no more than three sentences. (NB: This is really more of a guideline
4. Revel in reading the (hopefully large) amounts of fics thereby produced.
5. PROFIT!

Date: 2016-04-11 04:30 am (UTC)" Yes," said Dick, soberly, answering Dorothea's tones, rather than her words, "of course they're right, and ordinary people should be able to walk on the fells and climb crags, not just people like us, but if you did try to stir up the same sort of thing here... look here, Dot, we've only just managed this whole G.A. business, and this could mean police and newspapers, and serious trouble."
"But if it's right, Dick - and I could write to the newspapers myself, anyway - and if it's police... well, we'll cross that bridge when we come to it."
(History note: in April 1932, not long before the events of Picts and Martyrs the Kinder Scott Mass Trespass began the opening up of rights to walk on Britain's wild places. It's a terrific story.)

Date: 2016-04-11 06:43 am (UTC)I didn't know that historical tidbit, but it's something a Czech can relate to, and wonder how on earth the situation here even came about and what the legal status of it is, heh.
And I'm thinking, better keep Nancy in the dark about this, because we all know how Nancy is. Dorothea's "and I could write to the newspapers myself, anyway" is pretty much perfect. :D (Puts me also in mind of Dorothea in The Big Six. Dealing with adults without giving it a second thought.)
